Valley In-Home Training provides mobile personal training and fitness instruction. By engaging in our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are physically capable of participating in a fitness program.2. Health and Liability Waiver (Assumption of Risk)
Physical high-intensity exercise is inherently risky.Medical Clearance: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to starting any exercise program.Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death that might result from your participation in training sessions conducted in your home or other private locations.Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Weaver Performance LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from your participation in our training programs.3. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS & Calls)
To provide the "Speed to Lead" service and scheduling efficiency, we use automated technology to communicate with you.Consent: By providing your phone number via a web form or lead ad, you give express written consent to receive automated marketing and service-related text messages and phone calls from Valley In-Home Training (Weaver Performance LLC).Usage: Messages may include quote details, appointment reminders, training tips, and promotional offers.Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction.Fees: Message and data rates may apply.Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
